Steven Tyler suffered a broken tooth and bruises on his face when he took a fall in his hotel room in Paraguay, but he insists drugs or alcohol were not involved. INSIDE EDITION has the story.

He says he slipped in the shower, and that's how he broke his teeth and got the worst black eye ever!
His rep says Tyler fell because he was dehydrated from food poisoning. But Matt Lauer asked whether his history of drug use had something to do with it.
"Some of your fans see these pictures this morning, they're going to have questions about whether this was a fall in the shower or a fall off the wagon," said Lauer.
"You know it's nothing that I don't understand, I get that people think that, it still bothers me a little,. but it's something I have to deal with for the rest of my life," said Tyler.
Tyler says he's clean and sober. He says if he was on drugs he wouldn't have been able to pick himself up and continue with his concert tour the next day. Tyler had to wear a ton of makeup to cover that crazy shiner.
