Alec Baldwin Lashes Out at Photographer

Known for his short fuse, Alec Baldwin was caught on camera shoving a photographer outside a marriage license bureau in New York City. INSIDE EDITION has the scoop.

Alec Baldwin strikes again!

The actor was photographed today shoving a news photographer after reportedly obtaining a marriage license.

The attack happened right outside the marriage license bureau in New York City.  As Baldwin and his fiancée, Hilaria Thomas, were leaving, he encountered the photographer and the furious Baldwin lost his cool.

The photographer, Marcus Santos of The New York Daily News, says an angry Baldwin snarled at him to step back and as he did, Baldwin lunged.  "I knew he was going to attack me. I stepped back, and he kept coming," Santos tells the Daily News.

"He comes after me, starts shoving and punching me, one time right in the chin. And then he started shoving me, and pushing me. Then he goes the other way," said Santos.

Another photographer who witnessed the altercation called it "an eruption."

Moments after the shove, in an effort at immediate damage control, the 54-year-old actor got his side of the story out, tweeting: "A 'photographer"' almost hit me in the face with his camera this morning.  #allpaparazzishouldbewaterboarded."

Yikes!

Then he had, what some see as the poor taste to bring up the Trayvon Martin case, tweeting: "I suppose if the offending paparazzi was wearing a hoodie and I shot him, it would all blow over."

Baldwin is infamous for his hot temper. Last December he was booted off an American Airlines plane after he refused to turn off his iPad.

And INSIDE EDITION's cameras caught the actor losing his cool outside his New York City apartment in 2010. NYPD cops were forced to step in.

Now, there's a new incident to add to Baldwin's long list of meltdowns.
