The Jackson Family Civil War Heats Up

INSIDE EDITION is learning more about the inner turmoil over Michael Jackson's estate and the health of family matriarch, Katherine Jackson, as the family feuds with each other.

Katherine Jackson is finally returning to her grandchildren after days of angry tweets from Paris Jackson, demanding that her famous aunts and uncles let her speak to grandma.

Randy told Good Morning America that Katherine Jackson went to Arizona because of her health.

"It was under doctor's orders that she go. Her health was really bad, and he wanted her to go somewhere where she couldn't be on the phone and just cut off from the outside world for a few days. So she's fine. Her health is a lot better," Randy said.

Randy also called into the Reverend Al Sharpton on MSNBC, saying his sister, Janet Jackson, who scuffled with Paris in that shocking video, had gone to their mother's side in Arizona.

Sharpton said, "Now, Janet I understand is going back to your mother, she was going to do the show with you tonight."

"Janet is with the other nephews and nieces. Prince and Paris we thought were going to go as well, but we were denied that by the security," said Randy.

But Katherine's business partner, Howard Mann told INSIDE EDITION, Prince texted Janet, asking to speak with his grandmother. But Aunt Janet said, "No."

Mann said, "He sent a text yesterday, demanding to speak to his grandmother and he was absolutely refused by Janet."

All this, as TJ Jackson, the son of Michael's brother Tito, headed to court and became the temporary guardian of Michael's three kids.

INSIDE EDITION is learning more about the caught-on-tape blowup that put the Jacksons back in the spotlight.

In a just-obtained portion of the video, Janet's SUV can be seen pulling up behind the kids vehicle. Paris and her brothers were coming home from summer school. At first, everyone greets each other warmly, but things very quickly get heated. Randy chased Prince, who hurried into the house, and then Janet had her face-off with Paris.

Katherine Jackson's lawyer, Sandra Ribera, appeared on Nightline.

"I would categorize it as an ambush, of sorts. They wanted the children to come with them. It turned into yelling and flailing of arms, aggression towards the children," said Ribera.

Although the video doesn't show it, there's even a report that Janet "slapped" Paris and called her a "spoiled little [expletive]."

There's no doubt, the Jacksons are a family divided. Janet, Randy, Jermaine and Rebbie are on one side. On the other side are Michael's children and their uncles Marlon, Jackie and Tito.

Legal expert Jane Valez Mitchell told INSIDE EDITION, "It's a war. If you look at who is on either side, follow the money. You've got the disenfranchised, furious, in my opinion, that they are not a part of this huge money making opportunity."

Now, Prince and Paris' mother, Debbie Rowe, is speaking out for the first time about the Jackson family drama. Her lawyer told INSIDE EDITION, Rowe is watching the situation carefully, and wishing for Katherine's speedy recovery.

And Paris toned down her tweets with this message overnight, "a lot of ppl have been saying that i 'changed'...i wanna apologize for the attitude...there's just a lot going on...i promise the ego = gone(:"
