It was a wet and wild time in Las Vegas as Prince Harry challenged Olympic champion Ryan Lochte to a swimming race at a late night pool party. INSIDE EDITION has the scoop.
Prince Harry and Ryan Lochte got wet and wild in Vegas. And check this out—Harry actually challenged the Olympic gold medal winner in a breaststroke smackdown in the swimming pool.
The two hunkiest dudes in the world encountered each other at a boozy Las Vegas pool party at the Wynn Hotel's XS nightclub pool.
It wasn't exactly an exclusive party. 5,000 revelers where there, including plenty of bikini babes. The party hardy Royal jumped in the water at 3 a.m. still wearing his jeans.
Lochte, also in jeans and a t-shirt, motioned for swimmers to clear the way for the big race. Lochte counted to three and the hunks took off. Lochte quickly took the lead—no surprise there—and won the race in 9 seconds flat. He raised his arms in victory and gave Prince Harry a big hug.
Lochte told INSIDE EDITION, "I was surprised that he challenged me, actually. I didn't know if he had any skills in the pool. He was a great competitor, but in the end, it was Team USA all the way to the wall."
It was certainly a memorable time for the duo in Sin City. Harry was in sunglasses and a white fedora. Lochte posed with a bevy of beauties at the Venetian Hotel. All he wore was his speedo.
Today, Lochte isn't feeling so well. All that hard partying may be taking a toll. Lochte's spokesman told INSIDE EDITION that the athlete today is suffering from "laryngitis".
