Who Took The Naked Prince Harry Photos?

Everyone wants to know who took the naked pictures of Prince Harry in his Las Vegas hotel suite that sparked an international scandal. INSIDE EDITION has the latest.

Look who's breaking his silence about Prince Harry's wild Vegas weekend. It's Ryan Lochte!

Lochte told INSIDE EDITION's Paul Boyd, "They said, 'Do you want to meet Prince Harry?' I said, 'Oh, by all means. Of course!' "

The Olympic gold medal winner partied poolside with Harry. The Prince even challenged him to race.

Boyd asked, "The Prince says, 'Do you want to jump in the pool? Let's race,' and you're good to go?"

"This is a once in a lifetime [chance]. I get to race Prince Harry," said Lochte.

Boyd asked, "At any time, did he say to you, 'I have another party going on upstairs. Let's go.' "

"No, he didn't," said Lochte.

Back home in Britain, the Royal family is putting extraordinary pressure on the British media to keep the nude pictures off the nation's newsstands.

"Banned From Publishing Naked Harry" reads the Daily Mail.

Harry's father, Prince Charles, is even threatening legal action if the photos are published, claiming it's an invasion of the Prince's privacy.

One newspaper got around the ban by recreating Harry's naked photo using a model.

But how do we know for sure that it's Harry in the pictures? It was his distinctive necklace that gave him away. The necklace, a silver pendant with an amber stone in the center, was a gift from his ex-girlfriend Chelsy Davy.

And everyone's asking who took the photos, first obtained by tmz.com.

Harry's Scotland Yard security team is under fire. MSNBC host Martin Bashir is shocked that they let this party go on.

Bashir told INSIDE EDITION, "The idea that he literally corralled a group of people and invited them into a suite in the hotel...I mean, were they vetted? Does anyone know who they were? If it's that easy to get close to Prince Harry, that's a bad warning sign to anyone who might have bad intentions toward the Royal Family."

And get this—Ryan Lochte says he also had a party in his hotel room, but unlike Harry, he confiscated everyones phone.

Boyd said, "It's not that you're doing anything wrong. You just don't want people snapping pictures while you're having a good time."

"It could happen to anyone. I just tried my best to make sure that no cameras came in," said Lochte.

Now, Harry has become the butt of late night jokes.

Jay Leno said, "Today, a spokesman the Royal Family said this is a difficult time for the Prince and asked the media respect his privates."

Jimmy Kimmel said, "Buckhingham Palace released a statement today. 'The House of Windsor laments this royal lapse in judgement. His majesty's ears will be boxed post haste.' Signed, Benny Hill."

But Harry has his admirers! Lady Gaga is coming to his defense. She likes his nude pictures.

"Holy mother harry looks fit," she tweeted. "hope no ones mad at him for that, i'm certainly not."
