Her estranged husband, Russell, was found dead from an apparent suicide Monday night at his Los Angeles home.
Taylor filed for divorce from her husband just last month, citing "physical and verbal abuse."
She often discussed their marital problems on the show.
Taylor's Real Housewives co-star Camille Grammer is sending condolences to her friend, who is said to be hysterical over the loss.
"My sympathy and condolences go out to Taylor and (her daughter) Kennedy. My thoughts and prayers are with them."
