Photos Reveal Gruesome Details In Jodi Arias Murder Trial

More details surface in the murder trial of Jodi Arias, as photos are presented of her ex-boyfriend’s dead body. INSIDE EDITION reports.

Singing defendant Jodi Arias turned away in horror after viewing gruesome crime scene photos of her boyfriend's body.

Prosecutors say 32-year-old Jodi Arias stabbed, slashed and shot boyfriend, Travis Alexander in a jealous rage because he had broken up with her and was seeing other women.

Mimi Hall, an ex-girlfriend of the murder victim, described finding the body along with a group of friends.

"As soon as they said there was blood, that there was blood everywhere I stopped looking," said Hall. "The roommate ran out and said, 'He's dead. He's dead,' and I immediately called the police."

Jodi Arias claimed Travis Alexander attacked her after she broke his camera and she killed him in self-defense.

The damaged camera was discovered in a washing machine in Alexander's home. The last pictures taken showed Travis Alexander in the shower moments before he was killed. It also contained photos of the couple having sex.

Jodi Arias' lawyer is portraying Travis as a control freak and insisting she wear a T-shirt saying "Travis Alexander's" meaning he saw her as his property.

Arias' lawyer told the court, "That T-shirt is a perfect example of how Travis teated Jodi."

The jury was shown an exclusive INSIDE EDITION interview conducted with Jodi Arias just a week after she was charged in 2008.

In that interview, Arias said, "I witnessed Travis being attacked by two other individuals."

INSIDE EDITION's Paul Boyd asked, "Who?"

"I don't know who they were," said Arias.

Back then, she claimed Travis Alexander was killed in a home invasion. Now, she has completely changed her story.

ABC News Legal Analyst Dan Abrams told INSIDE EDITION, "The INSIDE EDITION interview is absolutely devastating for the defense. You have the defendant on camera saying that there were intruders in the home, and that's who did it. And now, the defense is essentially saying that's not true."

Jodi Arias is spending much of the trial sobbing quietly.

But behind bars she's earned a reputation as a singer. She won a jailhouse version of American Idol by singing a Christmas carol.
