After picking up a plastic object and tapping it on the table, Honey Boo Boo put her face down on the table, placing a finger over one of her nostrils.

After her mother was arrested on drug possession charges, and she helped stage an intervention for her to get healthy, Honey Boo Boo appeared to pretend to do drugs on Instagram Live.

In a video posted Thursday, 13-year-old Alana Shannon is seen sitting on front of the camera talking with a woman believed to be her sister, 19-year-old Lauryn "Pumpkin" Shannon. At one point the two seem to become frustrated with each other.

Alana then picks up a plastic object and taps it on the table in front of her. She says she will need a break "because I have to do something."

Alana then puts her face down on the table, placing a finger over one of her nostrils.

“Alana, quit f****** doing - don’t even f****** mimic that," Lauryn yells.

The video comes amid her own mother's struggles with drugs and addiction. The family had staged an intervention about five months ago to plead with June "Mama June" Shannon to get clean.

The tense meeting was shown on the season finale of "Mama June: From Not to Hot." June, 39, walked into her sister's house as her daughters and niece waited for her.

"Today is your intervention," June's sister said.

Lauryn told her mom that she didn't care about her own health. "I'm concerned about you. We care about you. ... It’s like everybody’s trying to get you back healthy and you have tunnel vision and the only person you see is Geno,” she said, talking about June's boyfriend, Geno Doak.

Alana then explained to her mother why she doesn't live with her anymore. "I would love to come home and stay with you, tell you about my day, but I can’t do that because I’m scared. I’m scared to stay at your house," she said, crying.

However, the intervention didn't go as well as the family had hoped. June left the house and the family, along with a therapist and two producers, followed after her. June said she often cries to Doak and tells him that she hates herself.

“I don’t know if I want to kill myself-kill myself or I want to kill the person that has took over my body," she said.

After convincing the matriarch to get help, the family drove her to a treatment facility in North Carolina. June checked in but checked out "after only 12 hours," the show revealed.

June and Doak were arrested two days later at a gas station in Alabama. According to TMZ, authorities arrived after callers reported two people in a confrontation. June allegedly had crack cocaine and a crack pipe with her when she was arrested, and Doak was charged with third-degree domestic violence, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The two were seen in photos in the back of a sheriff's truck before being taken to jail.

Alana said on the show that she had bad feelings about her mom leaving the facility. “As soon as Geno got mama from the treatment center, I knew it was over from there. Mama just got charged with a possession of crack cocaine, which is a felony,” she said.

The show revealed in the season finale that although Doak was ordered to stay away from June, but the two were together in Alabama. It's unclear if that is still where she is.

June is awaiting trial and could face several years in jail.
