Man Has Eaten 30,000 Big Macs, Breaks World Record
He said he loves the sandwich.
A Wisconsin man has eaten 30,000 McDonald's Big Macs, and he has the receipts to prove it.
Don Gorske has been eating Big Macs for more than 46 years and has set the record for most Big Macs consumed in the Guinness Book of World Records.
Gorske, 64, reached the milestone Friday as he chowed down on his 30,000th Big Mac at a Fond Du Lac McDonald's.
Gorske told WLUK that he doesn't get sick of eating Big Macs every day.
"It's just so good — it's just like chocolate and I couldn't get enough of at first, but still it is my favorite sandwich," Gorske told the station.
He says that he eats two a day. There have only been a few days in his life that he hasn't eaten one, including the day his mom died.
In 2003, Ellen DeGeneres requested Gorske's cholesterol be checked.
It was 140, which is normal.
