10-Year-Old Flags Down Cop to Help Save Choking Baby Sister

Bodycam footage shows the moment a Southern California cop saved a 9-month-old baby choking in the back seat of her mother’s car. During the situation, which unfolded in March, Officer Brian Cappell’s training kicked in to save the baby. Inside Edition spoke with the grateful mom, Janet Lockridge, and her 10-year-old daughter, Aria, who was also in the car. It was Aria who flagged down Officer Cappell to save her sister.
