Violinist Accuses Will Smith Of Sexual Harassment In Lawsuit

A violinist is accusing Will Smith of "predatory behavior" and "sexual exploitation" in a lawsuit. Brian Joseph King made a name for himself when he competed on "America's Got Talent" and placed as a top three finalist in 2018. In 2025, King says he was hired to go on tour with Smith and his band. King says after he made allegations of sexual harassment to Smith's management team, he was fired. Smith's attorney fired back calling the allegations "false, baseless and reckless."
