2 Men, Dog Rescued by Rope After Falling Through Icy Lake in Minnesota

It was a frightening ordeal as first responders save two people and a dog that fell through ice while ice-fishing. The clock was ticking as the men were showing signs of hypothermia. A deputy with the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office crawled over the icy lake attached to a long rope in order to save them. They were all pulled to safety. Inside Edition Digital has the video.
