Heartbreaking Video Shows Driver Abandoning Cute Dog on Busy California Street

Heartbreaking video shows a dog chasing a Lexus with no license plate down a busy road. A witness says she saw the dog getting pushed out of the car window in a busy intersection in Long Beach, California. Good Samaritan Destiny Gomez saw the video on social media and jumped into action. Gomez recognized the neighborhood and drove down there to rescue the dog. Inside Edition’s Jim Moret has more.
