A PETA Worker Ran Down a Highway to Rescue Pelicans Stranded by Hurricane Dorian

Without thinking twice, a PETA worker braved Hurricane Dorian's elements to reach pelicans who were stranded on a Virginia Beach highway. The birds struggled to fly in the unrelenting winds. Some put up a small fight, while some surrendered to the warmth of a hoodie and a hug. InsideEdition.com's Stephanie Officer reveals what's in store for the rescued birds.
