Homeowners Given 20 Minutes to Evacuate During Landslide

Home owners were given 20 minutes to evacuate their homes in California. Rolling Hills Estates, a wealthy suburb in Los Angeles County, is experiencing landslides that have damaged or destroyed at least a dozen homes. Residents reported seeing cracks in the ground, prompting the LA Fire Department to red-tag 12 homes as unsafe. Those residents had mandatory evacuations, and more may be coming. Authorities say 10 more homes are actively moving and another 16 are being monitored.
