Autopsy Says 3-Time Olympic Medalist Tori Bowie Died in Childbirth

Autopsy results for Olympic champion Tori Bowie say she died from complications in childbirth. The three-time Olympic medalist and two-time world champion died in early May 2023 at her home in Winter Garden, Florida. A report from the Orange County Medical Examiner Office says Bowie was about eight-months pregnant and in labor at the time of her death. The office has ruled her death to be from “natural causes.”
