At the stroke of midnight, Beyonce fans saddled up to listen to her new album “Cowboy Carter.” The legendary Dolly Parton lends her voice on the album, introducing Beyonce's remake of her 1973 hit "Jolene." The album is triggering a Western-wear fashion boom. Inside Edition went to the Little Ranch Boots in New Rochelle, New York, where cowboy hats and boots are flying off the shelves.
