1-Month-Old Baby Saved From Choking by Deputy

Body camera footage shows an Arapahoe County Sheriff’s deputy respond to a frantic medical call. Authorities say a 1-month-old had turned blue and was unconscious. The distraught mother hands her baby boy to the deputy, who immediately begins CPR, starting with chest compressions followed by back thrusts. After performing CPR, “the baby suddenly coughed up a white substance.” He gasped for air and started to cry.
