Runaway Dog Becomes Grand Marshal at NOLA Mardi Gras Parade

An adorable runaway dog, who had citizens of New Orleans searching for him, is now a Mardi Gras folk hero. Last November, a dog named Scrim leaped out of an animal shelter, and had everyone looking for him. Scrim was finally caught when he wandered into a humane trap put out for stray cats. Michelle Cheramie has put chicken wire on that fence to prevent him from escaping. Now, the adorable dog is going to be a Mardis Gras Grand Marshal.
