Surgeon Accused of Strangling His Wife to Death

A surgeon has been accused of strangling his wife. Dr. "Harry" Tuerk is a 6-foot-3-inch former Olympic athlete. Tuerk and his 45-year-old wife got into an alcohol-fueled argument in their home and she hit him with a glass before the doctor allegedly strangled her to death. Authorities say he weighed her body down by stuffing rocks into her pockets and then dumped her body in a pond near their home outside Boston. He has pleaded not guilty.
