The new film "Flamin' Hot" shows underdog Richard Montañez's meteoric rise at Frito-Lay after inventing one of America's favorite snacks. Actress Eva Longoria makes her directorial debut and appeared on “The View” to promote her new film. However, The L.A. Times is throwing cold water on the sizzling story, calling Montañez, "The man who didn't invent Flamin’ Hot Cheetos." Inside Edition's Sibila Vargas has more.
