Did Gilgo Beach Suspect Call Documentary Makers in 2016?

There's speculation swirling as to whether Rex Heuermann may have called a documentary filmmaker seven years ago in an attempt to pin the serial killings on somebody else. Producer Josh Zeman was making a documentary about the Gilgo Beach murders. He says his office got a voicemail from someone who claims to know the killer. He now thinks the caller may have been Heuermann himself trying to point the finger at an innocent man. Inside Edition's Ann Mercogliano has more.
