Drivers Purposely Run Over Pedestrians in Seattle: Cops

It’s disturbing video of drivers running over pedestrians. The Seattle Police Department is now investigating two incidents of drivers hitting random people. They are looking into whether it's the same driver or different. Police have released cellphone video and surveillance video of one incident in the hopes that someone has information on the case. In both incidents, the victims have not been identified.
