The United States Navy SEALS were founded in January 1962 by President John F. Kennedy. In the spring of 2011, days after SEALS from SEAL Team 6 took down Osama bin Laden, Inside Edition visited the SEALS to train with the elite forces. We saw first-hand how they get in shape and prepare to enter combat missions in highly dangerous areas of the world.
