Turns out, the female otter is wanted in Santa Cruz, California. Otter 841 has been terrorizing California surfers and hijacking their boards for a month. Now, marine experts are trying to capture the sea creature. Although the sea creature looks adorable, experts say otter 841 should be considered dangerous.
