The one thing better than a visit from Duchess Kate Middleton is when a puppy's involved! A 4-month-old puppy named Bear will help children read and calm students suffering from emotional distress. The lucky elementary school where he works got a visit from Duchess Kate. Kate also visited with students, and one in particular was excited to share his dinosaur painting.
