Teenager Regains Pulse After Collapsing During Track Practice

After a teenager collapsed at school, a deputy sprang into action to help him in a moment captured on body camera footage released by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office. According to the department, when the deputy arrived, the student was already hooked up to an AED, or automated external defibrillator.
