School Bus Driver Saves 7-Year-Old Choking on Quarter

A Texas school bus driver is being hailed a hero after saving a 7-year-old from choking. Preston Bell immediately ran to his school bus driver after realizing he was choking on a quarter he put into his mouth. Bell went limp as the driver, Rachel Baker, carried him off the bus. As Baker carried him to the sidewalk, she began to do the Heimlich maneuver on him. That's when the quarter popped out of his mouth.
