TV news anchor Allison Latos believes she is alive thanks to a viewer. Latos, who is with WSOC-TV in Charlotte, says a viewer reached out to her concerned about something she noticed on Latos’ neck. It turned out to be cancer. The viewer was extra concerned because Allison was pregnant. Sadly, she and her husband lost their newborn daughter 3 months ago after she was born with severe brain damage. Now, Allison is undergoing surgery to remove the tumor on her thyroid.
