Parents Are Rethinking Naming Their Daughters 'Khaleesi' After Most Recent 'Game of Thrones' Episode
One mom told Inside Edition she has no regrets.
Emilia Clarke's “Game of Thrones” character has inspired quite a few parents to name their children "Khaleesi."
But after last week's episode, which saw the popular heroine make a questionable decision, some parents are rethinking that choice.
One mom who named her daughter Khaleesi told Inside Edition she has no regrets over the name.
"I was a little angry at the episode and the character, not my daughter of course," she said.
She said little Khaleesi can get kind of irritable just like her namesake. When she cries, the busy mom says it is "her call to the dragon."
So as it turns out, Khaleesi is quite apropos. The series ends Sunday on HBO.
