YouTube Star Ethan Dolan Hospitalized After Motorcycle Crash: 'Happy to Be Alive'
The 18-year-old shared updates from hospital Sunday night.
YouTube star Ethan Dolan says he is "completely fine" after a motorcycle accident Sunday left him hospitalized.
His twin brother and fellow YouTuber Grayson Dolan shared a photo from hospital Sunday night showing Ethan in bed with bloody, scraped hands.
"Happy to be alive," Ethan, 18, tweeted.
He assured his fans he wasn't badly hurt.
"I'm completely fine," he wrote. "Somehow. I realize no matter your ability, anything can happen. Just in general anything could happen, enjoy everyday and just be grateful to be here." he did not provide any further details about the crash but added, "Not riding again, don't worry lol I'm very much over it."
On Monday morning, he thanked his fans for their messages of support.
His brother also shared a message to Twitter.
"He's fine he just scared tf out of his brother… me, im his brother that was scared," Grayson wrote. "On the real god was with us today. Don’t know what I would’ve done if something serious happened. Love you E."
The twins, who are from New Jersey, started posting comedy videos to Vine in 2013.
They now have more than six million YouTube subscribers on their channel, Dolan Twins, and Ethan has more than seven million Instagram followers.
