Harvey Weinstein Allegedly Groped Model In After Hours Office Meeting

She's the stunning Italian model who's accusing famed movie mogul Harvey Weinstein of groping her.



Twenty-two-year-old Ambra Gutierrez, who goes by Amber Battilana is now identified as the woman claiming the Oscar-winning producer molested her during a private meeting at his Manhattan office.

The shocking allegations are making frontpage headlines.  

"He asked if her breasts were real before touching them," a police source was reportedly quoted as saying.  "She asked him to stop and he put his hand up her skirt. He asked for a kiss; she responded 'No.'" [Source: New York Daily News]

Weinstein is one of the most powerful filmmakers in Hollywood. His Oscar winning movies include The King's Speech and Shakespears In Love.

Jennifer Lawrence made a joke about him at the 2013 Golden Globes, saying, "Thank you Harvey. Thank you for killing whoever you had to kill to get me up here today."

The meeting reportedly took place at Harvey Weinstein's offices in the Tribeca Film Center in Lower Manhattan last Friday.

When Weinstein's accuser left the office, reports say she immediately went to the first police precinct a few blocks away to report the incident and was interviewed by detectives from NYPD's Special Victims Unit.

Weinstein and Ambra met for the first time Thursday night at Radio City Music Hall at the premiere of Weinstein's theatrical production New York Spring Spectacular.

They exchanged emails and apparently agreed to meet at Weinstein's office the next day at 6 p.m.

Detectives contacted Weinstein on Saturday and he agreed to to be interviewed at 5 p.m. at the 1st Police Precinct. At some point, he asked to consult his lawyer and was allowed to leave.

The New York Post quotes a police source saying about the charge: "(It's) bs. It's not going anywhere."

Another source reportedly called the charges "a blackmail attempt."

Weinstein, who produced the new Helen Mirren movie, Woman In Gold skipped last night's premiere at the Museum Of Modern Art.

Ambra Battilana is a former Miss Italy contestant.

She was a witness in the notorious "Bunga Bunga" sex scandal involving former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi. She said she was at a party in 2010 when Berlusconi had a wild orgy with beautiful young women at his mansion. She said she did not participate and left because she was terrified after Berlusconi urged her to undress.

Ambra's attorney is Mark Jay Heller, who represented actress Lindsay Lohan.

Harvey Weinstein is married to fashion designer Georgina Chapman, who was a judge on Project Runway All-Stars.

Weinstein has not been charged and his spokesman says in a statement: "We are cooperating fully with the authorities and are confident that we will be fully vindicated."
