The first lady talked teen emotions with Dave.
David Letterman's countdown to retirement continued with Michelle Obama stopping by. Dave asked about the challenges of raising daughters Malia and Sasha, especially now that 16-year-old Malia is driving and going to parties.
"If there's parties, I'm thinking there has to be boys," Letterman said.
"Barack is handling that okay," the first lady responded.
"He handles that?" Dave asked.
"Yeah!" she replied.
Dave mentioned that his own son Harry, who's now 11, is getting a bit cranky as he approaches his teen years.
