'Vanity Fair' Writer Buzz Bissinger: 'She Had 10 Hours of Surgery and No More Bruce'
It is world wide reaction as Caitlyn Jenner breaks the internet as her story gets revealed.
Caitlyn, formerly known as Bruce Jenner, made her big reveal on the cover of the July issue of Vanity Fair -- “Call Me Caitlyn," blared the headline.
Caitlyn got dolled up for her Annie Leibovitz photo shoot wearing her hair in ultra-feminine curls and, most shockingly, posing in a white bustier corset.

The cover look is from a lingerie store in West Hollywood called Trashy Lingerie. The satin bustier, in a healthy size 36D, and matching high-wasted panties cost around $300.
Vanity Fair reports that Caitlyn had facial-feminization surgery which can include hairline correction, forehead contouring, and jaw and chin contouring. She’s also had breast augmentation.
She has not had, nor does she have any plans to have genital surgery.
Journalist Buzz Bissinger conducted the Jenner interview for Vanity Fair.
He told Good Morning America, “She looked great, it was freaky. When I started it was Bruce. Then she had ten hours of surgery and no more Bruce."
Caitlyn Jenner also made her debut on social media, posting her first tweet under her new name.
Jenner set a new record for attracting Twitter followers. She gained 1 million in just four hours and three minutes, breaking President Obama’s record.
Even the president is reacting, tweeting: "It takes courage to share your story."
#CallMeCaitlyn quickly became the world's top trending topic.
Kerry Washington tweeted: “Caitlyn!!!!!!!!!! Love this. So happy for her."
"#caitlynjenner has truly broken the internet. What a moment," tweeted Modern Family's Jesse Tyler Ferguson.
Some are saying Caitlyn bears a striking resemblance to Cindy Crawford. Others are comparing her to actress Jessica Lange.

Lange seems to appreciate the comparison. "Oh really?" she was quoted as saying, "That's so wonderful."
Jenner's eldest son, Burt, who has had a sometimes strained relationship with his dad, made this edgy comment, "I have high hopes that Caitlyn is a better person than Bruce. I'm very much looking forward to that."
Former Nickelodeon star Drake Bell of Drake & Josh, ruffled feathers when he tweeted: "Sorry... Still calling you Bruce."
Barraged by criticism, Bell later wrote this clarifying tweet: "I'm not dissing him! I just don't want to forget his legacy! He is the greatest athlete of all time! Chill out." He has since deleted the tweets about Jenner.
