Donald Trump's 'Starter Home' Mansion Hits the Market for a Whopping $54 Million
Donald Trump's first mansion, located in Greenwich, Connecticut, has hit the market at a stunning selling price.
Donald Trump's “starter home” mansion is now on the market for a cool $54 million dollars.
Donald and his first wife Ivana bought the Greenwich, Connecticut mansion in 1982 for $4 million and lived there until they split in 1991. Ivana got the house in the divorce settlement and later sold it for $15 million.
Tom Postilio and Mickey Conlon, stars of HGTV's Selling New York, spoke to INSIDE EDITION about the home.
“It's a nice starter home for a trust-fund baby who's done very well in life,” said Postilio.
The 20,000-square-foot home has eight bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, and sits on six acres of prime, waterfront real estate.
The home also boasts an indoor lap pool, a large home theater, and a grand staircase.
