Woman Blames Car Crash On Her Dog, Tells Police to Arrest Him

A Florida driver was arrested after she crashed into a building but she is saying her dog should be the one taken away by police.
A driver who allegedly crashed into an apartment complex blamed the accident on her dog and said police should arrest it.

Witnesses told police in Wildwood, Florida that the woman left after hitting the building and then entered her apartment, according to the Daily Commercial.
Christina Anne Marie Lamoreaux, 33, admitted to police that she was driving when her vehicle struck the building but blamed the incident on her dog. She told police that she drove away because she planned to pay for the damage.
Police said she smelled of alcohol and appeared confused. She refused a sobriety test and police say she became hostile when they tried to arrest her.

Lamoreaux was charged with DUI, hit and run involving property damage and resisting arrest. She was released from the Sumter County jail after posting a $2,500 bond.
