Police say the 19-year-old threw a party at her parents' New Canaan, Connecticut home over the weekend and when cops arrived to the scene at 1 a.m., they say they found empty beer cans.
The musician and actor, who was not home at the time, told INSIDE EDITION: "This is a private matter which we are dealing with as a family."

She was issued with a summons arrest, meaning that she was not taken into custody and did not have a mug shot taken.
Georgia, the oldest of Connick's three daughters, is due in court on September 2.
Harry has been filming the final season of American Idol, which is scheduled to return in 2016.
