The actress, who is rarely seen in public since her public breakdown, was spotted coming out of the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department after being followed by photographers.
She entered the police station because “she was concerned for her welfare,” police told E!.

Bynes was having some girl time with her reported life coach when photographers overwhelmed her, according to the New York Daily News.
The 29-year-old covered her face, but managed to wave and thank photographers after they told her she looked good.
