Bristol Palin Reveals Gender of Her Second Child as She Shares New Baby Bump Picture

Bristol Palin is expecting a baby girl.

"7.5 months with my baby girl," the 24-year-old wrote on an Instagram post that showed off her growing bump. It means she is due to give birth in early December.

Palin announced that she was pregnant with her second child in June - just one month after breaking off her engagement to Medal of Honor recipient Dakota Meyer.

She took to her blog to share the news, writing: "I wanted you guys to be the first to know that I am pregnant. Honestly, I’ve been trying my hardest to keep my chin up on this one."

But in a second post, she added: "I do not regret this baby."

Bristol first made headlines back in 2008 when she got pregnant at the age of 17 during her mother Sarah Palin’s bid for Vice President.

She gave birth to a son, Tripp, and became engaged to the boy's father, Levi Johnston, but the two never married and had a nasty breakup.

She has also preached abstinence in the past. In 2009, she vowed to InTouch that she would not have sex again before marriage and said: "I'm not going to have sex until I'm married. I can guarantee it."
