Rescuers Save Orphaned Kittens from Exhaust Vent After They Were Heard Crying
Two kittens suffered from hypothermia and were in critical condition, but after the group nursed the babies back to health, they made a full recovery.
A litter of newborn, orphaned kittens were given a second chance at life after they were rescued from a metal exhaust vent behind a restaurant in India, where they had been heard crying for help for two days.
“Their mother hadn’t come back for them and must have somehow died,” Animal Aid Unlimited said.

The animal welfare group came to the distressed felines’ aid, cutting a hole in the ventilation pipe and pulling each mewing kitten out one by one.
“The only way to get them out was to cut a hole in the metal,” the group said in a video that captured the heart-warming rescue.
