Tracy Morgan Returns to 'SNL,' Brings Old Cast Mates and Characters Along with Him
Tracy Morgan made his triumphant return to 'Saturday Night Live.'
Tracy Morgan made an emotional return to Saturday Night Live and told the crowd: “I'm back! It feels so good to be here.”
The funnyman didn't miss a beat.
Morgan joked: “People are wondering, ‘Can he speak? Does he have 100% mental capacity?’ The truth is I never did. I might actually be a few points higher now.”
There was even a reunion with his old 30 Rock cast mates as he performed his opening monologue.
Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin, Jane Krakowski, and Jack McBrayer were by Morgan’s side during his triumphant return.
Morgan also reprised some of his famous characters like Brian Fellows, Astronaut Jones, and Woodrow.
It was announced in August that Morgan would host the show, marking one year since the fatal accident he was involved in when his tour bus crashed into a Walmart truck.
Morgan surprised TV fans at last month’s Emmys when he came out to give out the award for Best Drama.
