The clip immediately garnered backlash.

“I guess it's cool to make fun [of] disabled people,” went one comment.

The singer defended herself by writing on Twitter:

Lol. That's NOT a disabled person and u know that. Are u that desperate for attention? https://t.co/vaWzfIifyp

She also said that it was her friend in the scooter. Minaj later took down the video.
