Rihanna Snubbed By Grammy Organizers?

Did the Recording Academy snub Rihanna? The pop star says she was not invited to perform at this year's Grammy Awards because she and Chris Brown cancelled last year. INSIDE EDITION has the story.
Rihanna says she hasn't been asked to perform at this weekend's Grammys, because her beating at the hands of ex-boyfriend Chris Brown "messed up" last year's ceremony.
"We messed their show up pretty bad last year. So they're probably a little mad at me right now," Rihanna told Carson Daly on his radio show.
Rihanna says the apparent snub surprises her, because she has a new album out and she is nominated for two Grammys
"Rihanna was not responsible for what happened last year. Next year is her year, her album came out too late for anything this year," Ken Ehrlich, Executive Producer of the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards, tells INSIDE EDITION.
Rihanna also says she doesn't have a date for this year's Grammy Awards and won't be taking the guy she's currently seeing, Dodgers baseball player Matt Kemp
"I'm going to the Grammys alone...I'm still single. If that's what you really want to ask," she told a radio station.
Meanwhile, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, preparations for the big show are underway.
It's just been announced the awards will kick off with a performance by Lady Gaga and Elton John.
