A Mississippi man was arrested Friday after police say he gunned down a Waffle House waitress who told him to put out his cigarette.
Police say Johnny Mount, 44, was smoking inside the Biloxi restaurant around 1 a.m. when a waitress, identified only as "Julie," told him to put it out.
Mount allegedly then walked out to his car, retrieved a handgun, then shot the 52-year-old waitress in the head.
