First Lady Michelle Obama teamed up with Saturday Night Live’s Jay Pharaoh to encourage kids to go to college in a new hip-hop music video.

The video, which was posted on College Humor, was filmed inside The White House and features the first lady rapping.
She drops her own verse saying: “South Side Chicago, we all know, we had to do overtime every night to make it tomorrow."

The video is part of the First Lady's Better Make Room and Reach Higher campaigns, which promote post-high school education for teenagers.
The first family are no strangers to hip-hop, President Obama has professed he is a fan of Jay Z numerous times, even inviting the rapper to The White House.
The president also said that his favorite song of the year was from Compton rapper Kendrick Lamar, "How Much a Dollar Cost," which is off his new album, To Pimp a Butterfly.
