Both Brandy and Bristol Palin had their best nights yet on Dancing With The Stars. INSIDE EDITION was backstage with the stars for their reactions.
Brandy turned up the heat with a sexy tango on Dancing with the Stars. It was pure passion, and by the end she could barely hold back the tears.
"Is this Brandy or is it Tina Turner and Mad Max?" asked Judge Bruno Tonioli.
Backstage INSIDE EDITION's Jim Moret spoke to Brandy and her partner Maks Chmerkovskiy.
"You get very emotional," Moret said.
"Yes I do. I feel very connected to being here this means a lot to me. Tonight, I felt the dance and I connected to it," Brandy said.
And Bristol Palin redeemed herself after last week's disappointing monkey dance. She got her highest scores of the season, and showed a lot of leg in a dress slit to there.
So, will her mom's involvement in this red hot political year help or hurt Bristol's chances?
"What do you think about the Palin factor? That name carries a lot of weight with voters nationally and here on Dancing," Moret asks.
"Lots of people love my mom and lots hate her, it could go both ways," Bristol replied.
And the show marked the return of former contestant Erin Andrews, who famously steamed up the dance floor with Maks.
"Of all the people who are you rooting most for?" Moret asks.
"Well, my heart will always be with Maks so I'm rooting for him and Brandy," Andrews said.
