Man Gets Locked Up For At Least 6 Months Over $1 Robbery
A West Virginia man gets locked up for at least six months for a $1 robbery.
A West Virginia man initially sentenced to 15 years for a $1 robbery will now spend at least six months in a youth offenders facility, authorities said.
John Chafin, 21, must serve six months to two years at the Anthony Center after a judge overturned an earlier sentence of 15 years in prison.

Chafin agreed to a Kennedy plea, which allows him to enter a plea without admitting guilt, The Herald Dispatch reported.
He was arrested in January after allegedly brandishing a gun at a man and telling him to empty his wallet.
The wallet contained $1.
