Mount Healthy Police have released a “serial theft” alert after surveillance footage shows a bald man outside Cincinnati stealing $847 worth of the hair growth and memory-aid products from various stores.
Rogaine sells for about $50 in stores.
Cops say the alleged thief has been seen driving a white Jeep but they've not been able to identify the suspect. They are unsure if he is nabbing the product to use on himself or trying to sell it online or in flea markets.
