See Inside The Star-Studded Bash Where Hillary Clinton Raised $2.5 Million
She raised over $2 million.
Katie Perry and Elton John performed in front of a star-studded audience at Radio City Music Hall at a fundraiser for Hillary Clinton on Wednesday night.
“It's a very important year for America and she is the only hope you have,” John told the room.
The three-hour concert earned Clinton a cool $2.5 million for her campaign.
Earlier in the day, she was at the Jacob Javits Center where more than 5,000 supporters attended a post-Super Tuesday victory rally.
Mayor Bill de Blasio, who was slow to announce his Clinton endorsement, walked on stage to a chorus of boos.
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo mocked Donald Trump's plan to build a wall on the Mexican border.
“We'll build a wall, a big wall, the long wall. A thousand mile wall, like the China wall, but wider, but higher. It's nicer. A good-looking wall. Don't worry the wall is beautiful,” he joked.
Despite her success on Super Tuesday, Clinton's rival Bernie Sanders says he has no intention of pulling out of the race. He held a press conference on Wednesday morning in Lansing, Michigan where he discussed economics and trade policy.

Our trade policy must change. Corporations must start investing to create jobs in Michigan and America, not in low-wage countries.— Bernie Sanders (@BernieSanders) March 3, 2016
