Watch Michelle Obama Break Into A Boyz II Men Song During Panel Discussion
The first lady was chatting about leaving the White House at SXSW.
When asked if she'd enjoyed her time in the White House during an appearance at SXSW, Michelle Obama turned to the words of Boyz II Men.
The first lady broke into their classic song, "It’s So Hard to Say Goodbye."
Queen Latifah, who was on the panel with Obama, had told her: "We have a related audience question for Mrs. Obama about her time in the White House..."
"Time is almost up," Obama responded.
"No, no, no, no" Latifah said.
Michelle Obama then started singing the Boyz II Men song - much to the delight of her fellow panelists and the crowd.
The first lady was on the panel to talk about Let Girls Learn, which strives to help educate young woman around the world. She was joined by Sophia Bush, songwriter Diane Warren, rappers Missy Elliot and Queen Latifah inside the Austin Convention Center.
Despite her shaky performance, she has just released a single.
Earlier this week, Michelle Obama released "This Is For My Girls," a song about female empowerment. It features performances from singers including Missy Elliott, Lea Michele Janelle Monáe, Zendaya, Kelly Rowland and Kelly Clarkson.
